  • City locations are generally open Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, and Saturday 9am to 12 noon.
  • Airport locations will meet all scheduled commercial flights where reservations have been made.
  • Ferry locations will meet all scheduled commercial sailings between 8am and 6pm where reservations have been made.
  • Vehicle pickups outside of these hours can be requested for all location types.
  • Branch exceptions:
    • Auckland City is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 5pm
    • Dunedin Airport is open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm (except Saturday until 7.30pm)
    • Dunedin City is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 12 noon
    • Whangarei is open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6pm
    • Wellington City is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday from 7.30am to 6pm
