  • To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity Member.
  • Velocity Membership Number must be quoted at time of reservation.
  • Velocity Points are earned on time and kilometre dollar values only and exclude GST and the value of supplemental rental products including but not limited to optional insurance, sundry equipment, fuel etc.
  • Velocity Membership and Points earned and redeemed is subject to the Velocity Membership terms & conditions as amended from time to time, available at virginaustralia.com/velocity. Velocity is owned and operated by Velocity Rewards Pty Ltd as trustee of the Loyalty Trust.
  • Points are earned per rental outside Australia and New Zealand at a flat rate of 800 Points per rental.
  • Daily consecutive rentals within the same city are considered as one rental.
  • Not valid in conjunction with wholesale rates, free days, AA Smartfuel rewards programme, staff or industry rates.
